hi..., need help for below case

already searching  not found any clue, 

i have a problem with sccm 2012 installed in win 2012 server with SQL is on a separate server.

below is the error when try to sync to WSUS

System.Security.SecurityException:Request for principal permission failed

a. where exactly are you seeing this error? sccm log using log trace

b. exactly what permission do you have on SQL server? i'm not sure , cause other vendor installed

could you help me with point b, where i cant find it

Unfortunately we need more detail to the nature of the problem in order to be able to assist.

Can you please explain what problem you are having?

• Is ConfigMgr installed successfully and the database installed and running on a separate SQL Server
• Is the Software Update Point installed successfully or is this failing?
• Is the Software Update Point installed but failing to sync?
• Is WSUS installed on the SCCM server or a different server

When and where are you seeing the error message? What specifically is failing?

In what logfile is the error, what is the exact error message?
