Exchange 2010 SP3 RU2, started getting this (see below) in users Outlook, various users are getting them. Has anybody seen this before?

Synchronization with your Outlook failed for 1 items.

Thank you for your question.

Did you find what sync fails?

Did those user connect to Exchange using moveable device?

We could launch outlook and enter ctrl and 6 to check the folder of Sync Issue which we could find details about sync.

We could rebuild the profile and restart the following services to check the issue persist:

1.        Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants
2.        Microsoft Exchange Information Store
3.        Microsoft Exchange System Attendant

We could view Application log to check if there are some related Event IDs and post them to ibsexc@microsoft.com for our troubleshooting.
