Sync Profile Import with LDAP
We have a scenario where once a user self registers and information is imported into LDAP, we want the profile import to sync up immediately without using scheduled jobs. Is there any workaround for this?SharePoint Architect

Hi What do you mean by sync up and also imported into LDAP. Do you mean imported into SharePoint from LDAP and then sync from SharePoint to LDAP?Aaron

Hi, There is no known way to meet your need without scheduled jobs unless you know how to code in LDAP to push the update to SharePoint. Why don’t you want to use scheduled jobs? Hope it is helpful! Seven

The issue is that client wants it real-time. Also, audience compilation is single-threaded. SharePoint Architect
