I appreciate the out of the box Survey is hard coded. Two questions. If you make a multiple line of text field so that it fills the whole page. Default it stretches about half way across the form. Also how would I go about doing this: if a user selects a partcular option for example "Stongly Disagree" as part of filling out the survey. This will create a trigger to a multiple texts field for the user to fill out. I suspect this is one for Sharepoint Designer or Visual Studio. Any ideas?

Actually this can be done with the out of the box Survey. Simply add additional questions such tas the multiple text fields and check the "Branching" section.
