After i installed windows 10 my bluetooth mouse keeps waking up my surface pro from sleep mode, and this is typically in my neoprene sleeve ind my backpack - so this us quite bad for det hardware. This was not an issue with windows 8.
How do i turn off bluetooth and wifi when my tablet is in sleep mode?

Update your Graphic Card Driver and recheck the issue.

If updating the driver doesn't help then you need to configure the Power Management properties of the Network Card by entering into Device Manager > Network Card > Right click and selecting Power Management tab.

Please open up Device Manager, then find your bluetooth mouse, right click on it and choose properties, on the Power Management tab, uncheck the Allow this device to wake the computer box, and click/tap on OK.

After that, check to see if the issue you mentioned still insists.
