Hello. I need a hand. I'm using SSRS 2005 I have a report grouped by Patient then Month. The report is setup somewhat like below. For a given month, in the group footer I'd like to return only the latest values for that particular month. So if patient A had 3 Lab Values in January I'd like to display the last value for the Month of January. Lab value date is included in the dataset. Thank you. Pat Group 1: Month Group 2: Name Detail: Value 1, Value 1 Date, Value 2, Value 2 Date, Value 3, Value 3 Date (Month) Footer 1: Value 1 (Latest)

Hi, You may use function LAST(...) in the expression in Footer 1 if you sort the Detail section by Date. Remember to mark as an answer if this post has helped you.
