i want to sum up number of Hours Column that i have in my SharePoint site , does anyone know how to sum up a single column ,I am using MOSS2007.SK

Edit the view, one of the options (towards the bottom, that are usually collapsed) under Fiilters and groups etc is an option to 'SUM' or 'TOTAL' etc. Your then be able to 'SUM' the columns placing the value at the top of the view.Regards, Aaron www.aaron-rendell.co.uk

I dont need the count the number of entries , but to sum of all values in the coulmn eg: if the Column is: Number of Hours 16 14 11 I dont need the answer '3' that is the count of the entries ,but i need '41' the SUM of All the Entries..................SK
