Any one please suggest what is the best way to get feedback from a team about a task we doing? If to use SharePoint blog is the best way means can guide me how to create that? If using the team discussions page is the best options means can anyone guide me how to create that? Any help is highly appreciated!!!

Hello, I completely agree with Zoeb. Survey would be the good idea. You can even set it up for users to fill out survey anonymously.
