Hi, we are using Sharepoint 2013 Professional.  I'm completely stumped on this one.  I created a document library and added a bunch of sub-directories to it.  When I or the other developer open the library in Explorer the subdirectories appear.

We added a user and gave them "full control" access to the library.  WHen they open the library in Explorer all of the subdirectories are missing.  They also seem to get a "failure to communicate with server" error when trying to edit documents.

Does anyone have any insight?

Are they accessing the site from their computer? Has the URL for the SharePoint site been added to either the Local Intranet zone or Trusted Sites zone in IE?

Can they see any files in Explorer view?
