Looking around in settings for the preview I found a section called 'Storage Sense'. All it shows is 'This PC' I can't change any of the settings to anything else. Meanwhile there are at least 2 mapped drives connected and my One Drive location as well. Suppose I wanted a central location to save some of these files automatically (I have 4 machines, 2 laptops, 3 phones and one tv\dvd connected and was planning on adding a central 3tb network drive. It would normally work via 'The old way' but how is it supposed to here?

Thanks for your feedback.

The Save locations section allows you to change the default locations to store your music, pictures and documents, but you cannot change these setting in the Windows 10 build 9879 and 9926, we may change it in later releases.
