Reporting doesnt appear under Business Intelligence Projects normally. Business Intelligence projects is normally something that has nothing underneath it, and you just click on teh "Business Intelligence Projects" text to see what it contains. Reporting usually appears for example underneath Visual C# -> Reporting -> Reporting Project. Have you tried just clicking on "Business Intelligence Projects". Can you post a screen shot?

You want to Open > Business Intelligence Projects it is the very first in your list! The Reports you are looking at come with Visual Studio and are not installed w/ SQL.
