SteadyState restrictions and JavaScript support in IE7
We discovered that some JavaScript content does not work for IE7 under a SteadyState 2.5 account. We don't see the problem on all computers, so I am not certain if it is a SteadyState issue. I even tried engaging High Restrictions and experimenting with a new SteadyState account to see if I could recreate the problem on another computer. So far, I have been unsuccessful in recreating the problem. Can anyone say whether any of the restrictions would prevent JavaScript code from running? Hi Eric, since the issue cannot be repro under High Restrictions with Windows SteadyState account, you can try enabling all restrictions and check again. In this way, we can narrow down if the issue is caused by SteadyState restrictions or which restriction is involved. If the issue still occurs after enabling all restrictions, you can also post the issue to our Windows system forum via: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/windowsxpitpro http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/windowsvistaitproHope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT
