I am only able to log in under the "Guest User" account which I created. Everytime the PC boots it automatically logs in as that users. The profile is completely locked down. When I log off it automatically reboots and saves all changes. There is no way for me to log in as Administrator. Even when booting into safemode it automatically logs me in as the "Guest User" I have used steadystate in the past but this is rediculous. Its as if my only option is to wipe the computer and start from scratch. I hope someone know how to "bypass the security since this is odviously a big problem if one can easily make this change and never be able to log in. Also when I try to logoff the Guest User profile it automatically reboots and I have no ability to log in as the Administrator. Please help.

Hi Kapara, thanks for the post. Have you set automatic log on as Guest user? If so, you can hold "Shift" key and then press "CTRL+ALT+DEL" twice on Welcome Screen and enter username "Administrator"with password to log on. Then, you can modify your settings in Windows SteadyState. Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT

Hi Sean, I don't think the above is a solution when Steady State has been installed and the option to reboot at logoff is checked within it. When you logoff as guest, it doesn't let you press Shif+Ctrl+Alt+Delete, as it's in the process of rebooting. If you try to press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Delete whilst automaticly loging onto guest at startup, nothing happens either, because it's in the process of logging on. Kapara, did you find a solution?
