Dell Latitude 6500 with Windows Vista SP2 and Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12. Systems are running SteadyState v2.5. Within the last several months, the systems would hang on shutdown showing a SteadyState window "The system will shut down in 10 minutes for a scheduled update" on some of the computers. The message is on a different random set of machines each morning. The systems will not shutdown on their own and I have to force the power off and start the system. Any ideas how I might fix this? v/r Glenn
