Open a powershell administrator command line and run this command:
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml}
If it doesn't help then:
You may use DISM Command:I) Press Windows + x on your keyboard.
ii) Select Command prompt (Admin) to open Administrator Command Prompt .
iii) In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Which version of Office are you using? You may try repairing Office. If that doesn't help then you have to reinstall Office.

Is it available to operate the machine?
If it is available to operate the machine then we could take S.Sengupta` suggestion to have a check. Please ensure the machine has got the latest updates.
If it is not available to operate the machine, we could keep pressing "Shift" and restart the machine.
"Troubleshoot", "Advanced", "Go back to previous version".
Do the upgrade again to have a check, please create another administrator account before we do the upgrade in case we will come across the similar issue again.
