Spell checker Issue in Sharepoint 2010

I have issue with spell checker(Ignore ALL) in SharePoint 2010

I have added 3 content editor web part 1 below the other in publishing page.

conditions:

Working(Ignore all works in the CE3 if both of the above CE has wrong spelling)

CE1:khsd

CE2:sadsa

CE3:sadsd

Not working(Ignore all doesn't works if any of the above CE are having correct spelling)

CE1:hello

CE2:issue

CE3:sigb

Note: "Ignore" option works in all scenario.

I can't reproduce this issue in my environment.

Please provide the detail steps for reproduce this issue and some screenshot for further research.

 I resolved this issue by comparing it with SharePoint 2013.

 In SharePoint 2013 this issue is not present.
