Hi! Recently, about 3 hrs ago I run in to some problems. I can not drag (pull) anything out of any folder (pictures, PDF...) on to the desktop. Everything seems to be locked. Pictures and PDFs will open, no problem, but inside own folders. Please help, I'm running short on time! Regards to everybody!

Hi, have you installed Windows SteadyState on the computer? If this is the case, does the issue only occur on restricted users? You can temporarily disable all restrictions in Windows SteadyState to see the result.Sean Zhu - MSFT
