Softwarecenter not working - Configuration Manager 2012 R2

Hi guys,

I have a problem in SCCM: When I try to install software by the "Software Center" I get the following error:

The software change returned error code 0x87D00607 (-2016410105).

The Boundary were created but the error remains.

I ask for help!

Thank you!

0x87D00607 = "content not found" . . .

Do you have boundaries associated with boundary groups and a DP assigned to the boundary group? What does cas.log show? Contenttransfermanager.log? LocationServices.log?

Hello Jeff, thanks for the help!

Boundaries associated with boundary groups and the DP assigned to the boundary group?
Yes, the boundary is configured and associated with PD.

That all looks pretty normal. . .as was stated, make sure the DP at the location actually has the content.

Jeff,

The content is in DP, but his status is: Waiting content pretest.

The Distribution Manager is waiting for the content of ACM00012 package is pre-configured on the distribution point. You must manually configure the pre-ACM00012 package on the distribution point before the content is available.

Did you pre-stage the content on the distribution point? If so, did you follow the process here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh692395.aspx

This option was already activated.

I'm trapped in this strange error.

So, you created the prestage content file and distributed the content to the DP? Did you extract the content from the pre-stage file?

I guess please provide some more detail about how the content was distributed and maybe we can help.

Thanks,

Jeff

How large is your package and have you ran a validation of it on the DP to verify that it's ok?

Do see any IIS traffic in your DP IIS logs?

Also are your DP configured for HTTP or HTTPS only access?
