WIN7 client machines doesn't receive software updates
when checked WUAHANDLER.log, below is the error i could see
Scan failed with error = 0xc80003f3
please suggest

That error translates to "hrOutOfMemory: The computer is out of memory."
Is this a X86 computer?

i would try stopping the windows update service (NET STOP WUAUSERV),rename software distribution folder (c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution)
,start the service (NET START WUAUSERV) ,initiate software update scan .see if that works.

After renaming software distribution folder, device is able to see and install patches, thank you
