I'm currently deploying SP3 to users via Software Update. I then need to deploy a hotfix I have created via Software Distribution immediately after the SP3 install. Is there anyway to link these two events? Cheers

No there is not way to do this using SU deployment and SW deployment. However try taking a look at SCUP, this might do what you need.http://www.enhansoft.com/

But there will be a delay between the SP3 and the SU getting installed. This will depend on your HW inventory setting and your collection refresh setting. This method will not work, if you need it installed quickly after SP3 is installed.http://www.enhansoft.com/
