Updates are not applying during Maintenance Windows.

Here is my issue it appears my Maintenance Windows are not working... Sorry I am new to Maintenance Windows just started Server Patching.  What else do you need to see / know to assist me in this issue?

I haven't had a look at the logs, but what does the Monitoring node tell?

In the UpdatesDeployment.log, it said "Attempting to install 0 updates" when the a user-defined service window(non-business hours) is available. Does the client receive the deployment? What's the status of the update deployment? You could also use Deployment Monitoring tool to check the deployment status.
