Software Deployment - the status is not correct

Hello everyone,

My company is running SCCM to manage clients and deploy software. I found that almost computers got installed successfully but report and deployment status show not correct information. This is quite weird. Please take a look at screenshot.

Anybody has idea on it?

What does the ccmsetup.log file report on the clients that are failing? Is it consistent for all these devices?

Take a look at the advice here which is also relevant for 2012

I checked many clients. Almost them got packages already. So I think they reported not exactly to SCCM MP.

what is your idea?

Hi,

Please check software distribution logs to find some useful information.

If the status forward successfully, MP_Status.log also need to be examined.

Hi,

MP_Status.log is located on MP site system server.

If you cannot find MP_Status.log, have you check the health of MP from console (Monitor Workspace->System Status) or Mpcontrol.log on the site server?

Best Regards,

Hi Joyce,

I checked MP from Monitoring and system health. There is no any error or warning related to this.
