Size of the download when you push a SCCM client from the network
Hi All, I have seached from the Technet documentation but I am unable to find this information! How many megabytes the client download from the source (ex: the MP) to install itself? When you use the push installation method. Thank's a lot for your help. Jean

it depends on the number of prereqs. The client.msi file is 17,5 mb.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products

Hi, Bits is one of the prereqs that might be downloaded and installed depending on the existing version on the clients. To get a 100% answer for your environment you could start Network monitor while installing the client. You can also monitor ccmsetup.log and see which prereqs are being downloaded to your clients.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products
