May be i have common problem, that don't refer to 2012.http://sccm.com.ua/

I seriously doubt that having a 2012 server as a parent of a 2007 server will be supported. The database is completely different. So much so that there is no in-place upgrade option. As Kent said this scenario would not be supported in these forums. 2012 is beta software and shouldn't be in production anywhere unless you are a TAP.
