I have a question. This is the scenario, I have a site collection and in this sitecollection I am creating subsites with Nintex workflow based on a customized template. This template is based on the Teamsite template. After creating the site I am setting rights trough the SharePoint websevices. I am creating the 3 standard groups. With owners group full control.

In the template the Access request list is already in place with inheriting on. So when a request is done everybody who has full control (owners group) on the subsite can approve access requests. Until 2 weeks ago everything works fine. But now when I am requesting a site. And I want to grant access is get a access request approval failed.

Does anyone know how to fix this so that the people in the owners group have the possibility to grant or deny a access request.

The system in on the august 2013 CU. i already tried to reproduce it on a other environment with the same CU and the behavior is the same.
