Hi I've created a library "Reports" to host Reporting Services repots, datasources and report results for users. I guess I'd need to create a dedicated "ALL REPORTS" subsite to host this library. What Site template should I use for such reporting sub site? Documents? Publishing?BI Center? is there a "best practices" tutorial on how to organize reporting site infrastructure? Should it be mix oof BI dashboard and reporting services?

If you want to use SQL server Reporting services reports in SharePoint 2013, I suggest you use 'Business Intelligence Center' template.
