Site System Role Critical

I am at a site (running ConfigMgr 2012 SP1) where the Reporting Services role is showing Critical in Site Status.  There are no errors, the srsrp.log is clean, reports work without issue.  In WMI, the status of the role is 2:

The database shows it as status 2 also:

Reset Counts does not change the status.

I've seen some older posts that recommend a call to Microsoft as well as updating the database and WMI.  Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Any advice?

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

This has never been resolved.  I have at least two customers where a role will show critical, but there are no current errors and disk space is fine.  I've also communicated with another community member who sees the same thing.  Unfortunately, I am not at the customers often enough to log a case with Microsoft (nor do they want to waste a call on the issue really).

Ok, but until someone opens a with CSS, this will never get fixed. Keep in mind that if this is a bug there is no charge for open the case, therefore it doesn't cost them anything but time.
