Sharepoint image the below URL

http://abc.com/_layouts/images/HOMEPAGE.GIF

In IE the image is not displaying but in Chrome /Firefox it works well. And its weird.

Any help is much appreciated.

Can you share fiddler trace of both chrome and IE

I assume it is a GIF file so needs some addin which is restricting the GIF file to load. Add site to Trusted site in IE > Tools > Options > Security tab

Also check if other jpg files work fine

I checked with other images and its all working fine. Already the site is added in the Trusted sites. How can i share the fiddler trace here?
