Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (bgbisapi.msi) could not install.

I am facing below error for SCCM 2012 R2

"Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (bgbisapi.msi) could not install"

also please see below status :

SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER : Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (MP.msi) could not install.

SMS_NOTIFICATION_SERVER : Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (bgbisapi.msi) could not install

And my site status shows : Critical Management Point  0 byte .

Could any one can Help me ??

Have you already examined the log files (bgbmis.log and mpmsi.log)?

Look at the bgbisapiMSI.log and BGBSetup.log.  If there is a 1603 error, also search bgbisapiMSI.log log for "Return Value 3" to determine what specifically is failing during the installation.

Ultimately you may need to place a call to CSS, but start by making sure you have all of the necessary prerequisites in place on your site server:
