Single site server, ConfigMgr 2007, mulitple domains and no trusts
I have several domains for different product lines within our company. I have a single ConfigMgr 2007 server in a data center with highspeed links to our offices. How can I go about managing all these domains from this single ConfigMgr server using 1 site and 1 sever with no trust? Is this possible?

Hi - SCCM can manage clients in different domains with or without trusts. However, Can't comment on one SCCM server for all your clients without more details about the infra. Seemore details about mutiple domain and forest w.r.t SCCM http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb694003.aspx Also, you can get some sizing info from below link? http://blogs.technet.com/b/deploymentguys/archive/2008/05/20/sccm-for-deployment-rough-sizing-guidelines.aspxAnoop C Nair - This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, and confers no rights. |Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I assume you mean different forests? If so your best bet is to place a primary site in each forest. John Marcum | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jmarcum/|

Yes it is possible, however you will need to treat all clients in the other forest (Domains) as workgroup PCs. The real question you should be asking are around how many PCs are at each site are we talking a hand full or 100s or even 1000s? This information will help dictate what you designed must look like. There is nowhere near enough information for anyone to give you the right answer and forums are NOT the best place for this type of thing.http://www.enhansoft.com/
