Single sign on acct for SQL 2K8 Reports Server
Can anyone tell me if this is possible to setup a single sign on accout in Reporting services instead of adding security roles for each and every user? If so where can this be configured? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, a SSO = Single Sign On is something different then you may mean. You can add AD user group(s) to the security of SSRS instead of single user.Olaf Helper * cogito ergo sum * errare humanum est * quote erat demonstrandum * Wenn ich denke, ist das ein Fehler und das beweise ich tglich Blog Xing

Hi Ragnbull, Based on MSDN document, There is no native support for single sign-on technologies in Reporting Services. If you want to use a single sign-on technology, you must create a custom authentication extension. For more information about custom authentication extension, please see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc281383.aspx Thanks, Challen FuPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.
