So these accounts are for the Datawarehouse DB strictly for the SCOM DB only?

I have scom 2007 R2 cu3. Are the 2 Simple Authentication Accounts supposed to be for the sql servers i am monitoring in my environment, or, are these 2 accounts strictly for the one sql server i am using with the scom server?

I will close this if someone can confirm with me that these 2 accts are for either the DB associated to System Center only, or for all SQL servers in my environment?
