we have a probleme with a Signature collection workflow (SharePoint 2010).  We add 12 signatures to the Excel files, and we use the workflow to determine wich person need to efectivly sign the file.  It was ok with the 2007 version of the workflow and the good personne was signing the good box.  But now, the workflow sign the box in order not intepretting the information into the signature box.  So the first to sign, sign the first box.  at the end, person dont sign the box waiting for their signature but the other one.

Any idea someone?

Did you mean that the user who signed to the document at the wrong signing line?

Per my test, when we open the document for signing, it will open the first signing box in the file for signing.

So I recommend to place the signing line at the order users will signing in and complete the task, and set the task to be created one at a time.

Then the corresponding signing line will be opened for signing.

The workflow task dont look for the good box into the excel file?

Yes, you are right that workflow will not be able to get the corresponding signing line.

So I recommend to place the signing line at the order users will signing in and complete the task, and set the task to be created one at a time.
