Hi Sir, I have two web application one is at port 100 and another one is port 80. When i select person or group type of field at web application port 100 i can view work phone number from AD if i changed "Show Field" at create column page but i unable to see work phone number at port 80. Do i need install anything on port 80?

Seems like you have two Alternative Mappings for your web application and each one has different authentication provider. Do you have single sign on on port 100 (no need to login) and you are prompted when accessing via port 80? regards, Markus

Sir, yes it prompted username and password when access via port 80. How to configure it? Just to inform you we using NLB for the website because we have 2 sharepoint servers
