Should resist Win10 ?

I installed win10 in laptop, at first is ok. But after few days, When I hit win key, no Start menu . When I press win +I ,no setting . and the icon of edge in taskbar disappear.  But log in another user account, everything is ok. I think It's because I migrated Location of User's Folders . So , I remove my use account ,and create another one, this time ,I didn't migrate user's path. but just a loop, at first is ok,  after few days, No start menu, no edge, no Win + I to setting. My problem must be something more.

but ,use another user account ,everything is ok.

and If I open overmany pages and windows ,my laptop will be KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR , Blue screen ,then restart itself.

Oh, my god. Should resist win10?&

Have you run Powershell as administrator before typing the commands S.Sengupta provided in the first post?

In addition, I recommend you install all updates on your computers since there are many hotfix released to improve Windows 10.

Consider if the issue is caused by virus, since it can work fine once you use new account, please try to scan system to check the issue.

Also, you can try the upgrade repair to get Windows 10 work fine:

How to: perform a repair upgrade using the Windows 10 ISO file
