Should I enable the Site Maintenance Backup Site Server task when I am already using Ola Hallengren's maintenance solution to do it?

As long as you are getting good backups, then no the maintenance adds no value and will waste disk space as well as get in the way.

Make sure you are backing up everything you need though as a simple DB backup isn't necessarily everything that you need. See the supplemental Backup Tasks section at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/gg712697.aspx. Note that the backup maintenance task does not do these either.
