Shortcut to report in another folder
I have created a folder in reporting services (SSRS 2008R2) for commonly used reports. I would like to create shortcuts to existing reports. Is this possible?-Al H

Hi AlHowarth9, Thanks for your post. A linked report is a report server item that provides an access point to an existing report. Conceptually, it is similar to a program shortcut that you use to run a program or open a file. This maybe the only way available for creating shortcut of the existing report, you can’t use linked report to create linked report, so I would suggest locating to the origin report, and then using it to create another linked report. More information about how to create linked report, please refer to the steps below:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms155998.aspx Thanks, Bill Lu Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.
