You don't. And why should you want to ?2010 Books: SPF 2010; SPS 2010; SPD 2010; InfoPath 2010; Workflow etc. 2007 Books: WSS 3.0; MOSS 2007; SPD 2007; InfoPath 2007; PerformancePoint; SSRS; Workflow Both lists also include books in French; German; Spanish with even more languages in the 2007 list.

So this is not possible? We're trying to fullfil a code of working by having all the files under the same top folder, in our case simply called Documents. Some of these files have to have special permission settings. The folder Drawings, not everyone can see them and they have to be approved by certain members. So I created another document library for drawings, with special permissions. However, I also want the drawings to have a folder inside Documents. Maybe I could go about doing this differently?

I think that the best thing to do is to create drawings folder inside your "Document" document library and specify the permissions on this folder. Each folder and each document can have each own permission that is not inherited from the parent library. If someone does not have permissions on that folder, he will not see the folder and its contents. Best regards, Mahmoud Challouf

The users are supposed to see the folder "Drawings", but all documents that are in that folder are only to be visible to them when I have approved them. This means that I have to have Require content approval turned on. However, turning on content approval for a doc lib automatically requires content approval on all folders and files within that document library. But I don´t want content approval on any other folder inside the document library "Documents", except for "Drawings".
