Hi, There is one Sharepoint with multi tier architecture which a user who is permanent employee of organization is not able to login.even by giving him full access also is not working though the user appears in All Users nothing works out. The user was a external employee before and now a permanent Employee now. What can be the issue.Plz help

Can you please provide some more details regarding the issue? Is the name of that particular user coming in Manage User Profile in User Profile Synchronisation apllication?Wat is the domain controller which has been added in synchronisation connection?\ ThanksPandey

The name appears in User Profile and the same user can access the site on UAT with is single server with same connection 

Hi Siyya, Was the external account migrated (ex:stsadm -o migrateuser)? Or is this a new account? Does a simple access check (check permissions option) return results for the account on Prod? If you haven't already, try removing the client from site collection users and re-adding.Fred

Hi Fred, The user is changed from old ID to new id .Its not a newly created ID. I tried deleting the user from the site collection by STSADM command but not able to delete also. The user can not be delete and recreate as the site is live.
