Hi manjari, The SharePoint Server 2007 trial version vhd file should not be available, the download link provided by SharePoint Team Blog will be redirected to the homepage of the download center. But the SharePoint 2010 trial version vhd file is still available. You can download the SharePoint exe file ( x86 version / x64 version ). SharePoint server must be installed on a Windows Server, but you need to install a virtual machine and windows server on your Windows 7 firstly. Thanks, Daniel Regards, Daniel

As everyone here has mentioned already, the VHD's that were in distribution have now been rescinded in light of newer versions of the product being released. IF you really needed one, than you can still download the Business Intelligence VHD, which is build within SharePoint 2007.
