Sharepoint not bringing over Active Directory user info to new site
Guys, I have a Sharepoint site with which the user logons to using and their AD user info is used to report against some 'brand' information for the user to see. That works. With more data being added I have had to create a new site to filter the infomation to just the last year. So now the user logons to new report and that is fine. I've added a link so they can click through to the old report/site which in now in an iframe. When they go to the old report it shows all brands and does not seem to pass thorugh the AD user info to filter it by as it used to. Both reports are within the companies intranet. My IIS settings for both sites are. Anonymous Authentication Enabled ASP.net Impersonation Disabled Basic Authentication Disabled Digest Information Disabled Forms Authentication Disabled Windows Authentication Enabled. my web config file just has <authentication mode="Windows" /> Any advice welcome! :-)

Hello, I need more details to understand the issue you are facing, please let me know - 1) The new SharePoint site you are referring to is a new subsite or new site collection or new web application? 2) You have provided the authentication settings for both sites, I see both Windows and Anonymous Access is enabled. When users work with the SharePoint Site, do they see their AD name in top right corner next to Welcome i.e. "Welcome Administrator"? (Intent of this question is to understand if both sites are using Windows Authentication or are anonymous) 3) When you say reports, do you mean SQL Reporting Services or any other type of reports? 4) Please provide more inputs on how have you setup filtering on the Report? Please remember to click 'Mark as Answer' on the post that helps you or click 'Unmark as Answer' if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
