If you want them to only see their own submissions then you will need to provide some kind of mechanism (Workflow or Event Receiver) that can process their form and set unique permissions.SharePoint MVP | Developer | Administrator | Speaker-- Twitter -- Blog - http://nextconnect.blogspot.com

you can also configure "item level permission" for the form library, and then only allow user to read their own.

In addition to the above, you can enable content approval on the library. That will open up some options that will allow employees to see only their form, but approvers to be able to see all of them. Just don't approve the forms and you effectively have "view only their own" security.--Paul Galvin, Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) Microsoft MVP - SharePoint Blogging @ http://www.mstechblogs.com/paul Twitter @ http://www.twitter.com/pagalvin
