Did you get this figured out? Uninstall/reinstall of SharePoint might be the best bet to ensure you have every thing installed correctly on the host computer. You need to have SharePoint installed on the SSRS computer, even if your web front end server is on a different computer. HTH, -Lukasz

I don't see any other updates on this one and other customers are not jumping in on the thread. So I think it comes down to a machine configuration issue. If others have seen the same problem, please file a bug on http://connect.microsoft.com. Thanks, -Lukasz

Hi Mitkush, I published a new post for multiple server environment:http://mosshowto.blogspot.com/2009/03/reporting-services-sharepoint-multiple.htmlBut reading that you have done with your installation it seems to be good. The error message says that reporting services does not find the SharePoint dll on your Report Server computer. As if SharePoint installation has failed on your report Server computer. We have to check the SharePoint installation even ifyou see this server is attached with the MOSS environment. Would you mind to check the following :01 - Is the SharePoint farm ok ? If you have a SharePoint web site in the other computer, the SharePoint one, before having installed Reporting ServicesAdd In for SharePoint on this computer you can check that the report server computer acts as a SharePoint Farm Web Front End. Go to the IIS of the Report Server computer, check there is a Web Application for the Web Sitelike in the SharePoint computer, right click the Web Application node and click browse. The SharePoint site must display in the IIS right pane. (if you have already installed the Reporting services Add In for SharePoint on the SharePoint computer you will have an error because Report Server misses the Add In dll). But you must see the same Web Applications in the IIS of all your SharePoint Farm computers. If the Report Server Web Front End does not work you will maybe have a better error message from SharePoint by trying to display a page from a SharePoint site using the Report server computer as a SharePoint web Front End.02 - You maybe have to modify your SharePoint web.config to see the errors (callstack--> true, debug --> true, customerrors --> off), or checkerrors in the Event Viewer or in the SharePoint Logs.03 -Have youchecked the reference of Microsoft.SharePoint.dll in theReport Server computer GAC.If something is notok it means that your SharePoint installation failed on yourReport Server computer and that you maybehave to install SharePoint again. I advice you to install sharepoint on the two computers and check that you have a SharePoint Farm that is working well before installing Reporting Services on the report Server Computer and the Add In for SharePoint on the SharePoint computer. You can do in this order also.I am afraid that your problem is more linked to Windows Server 2008 and SharePoint Farm installation on it.You maybe can try tocheck that posts:http://andreasglaser.net/post/2008/08/14/Installing-MOSS-2007-on-Windows-Server-2008-and-SQL-Server-2008-Part-1-Overview.aspxGood luck !Marc

Hello Ofer, thinking a little bit more about your case, if you hadn't any error messages and you don't see nothing about reporting server integration, it is maybe just beacause the "Report Server Integration Feature" is not activated in the SharePoint Central Administration. So go to --> Central Administration --> Site Settings --> Site Collection featuresand check if the "Report Server Integration Feature" is activated...Hope that helps. Marc

Hi All, I´m new in the SharePoint World. In our organisation, we have an SQL server 2008 R2 containing SQL reporting server (with an integrated Sharepoint DB) and SharePoint Services 3.0. The other server is dedicated to SharePoint 2010 and SQL 2008 R2 Reporting services. In the SQL report server, all the settings are correct and no error message when launching and stopping the service. The account used for that purpose has all rights on the SQL server, SQL report server and all rights as well on the integrated DB used for reporting services for SharePoint. I have managed to set up the report server and the related URL in SharePoint and had no error messages so far except when I attempted to go to Site actions > Site settings > (Reporting services) Manage Shared Schedules - or - Reporting services Site settings returns the following error message: The configuration parameter SharePointIntegrated is set to True but Share Point Object Model cannot be loaded.
