Sharepoint Template Creation Error

I am migrating our SharePoint 2013 site to Office 365.  It's a manual migration and I am unable to create list templates.  I believe it was originally a SharePoint 2007 site that was migrated to SharePoint 2013.

I am trying to create a site template, but I receive the error below.

Sorry, something went wrong

Field type TaxonomyFieldTypeMulti is not installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete this field.

Thanks for the reply Inderjeet.  I did the steps in your link and the file grew to around 170MB during the 30 seconds it takes to attempt to create the template. Is there a particular part you would like to see? I can see if I will even be able to open the log to send it to you.

There are 565,000 rows in the log that was only for about 2 minutes.
