Just to provide clarity on this topic... For the General Public: The link you provide is a public 180 day trial for SharePoint 2013. Anyone can download and use this. The software will expire in 180 days. For MSDN/TechNet subscribers and Enterprises (with the appropriate licensing agreements) The RTM software is available for download as per their agreement(s) with Microsoft via various secure logon websites (depending on what agreement you have). The big difference is there is no 180 expiry for these customers - they are licensed to use the software as per their agreement(s) with Microsoft. MSDN/TechNet subscribers can install SharePoint 2013 in a non-production development/test environment and Enterprises can install SharePoint 2013 in a production environment without the worry of any trial expiry date. SharePoint 2013 is available to everyone at this time - Happy SharePointing!
