We have a fresh sharepoint 2007 server environment. We already have a jive content management system. We want to load sharepoint with content from this pre-existing CMS. Is there a tool/ script/ utility/ sharepoint service to import pre-existint content into sharepoint ?

Jive has a connector for SharePoint... I do not know of any tool that is able to scan a Jive environment and return a consistent set of documents... FYI Jive is a wiki NOT CMS, all files are stored via a unique ID in a flat file structure with the display name of the document you saved -IvanIvan Sanders My LinkedIn Profile, My Blog, @iasanders.
