Sharepoint Portal Server 2001 and Office 2007
Dear all,
Currently my customer are using sharepoint portal server 2001 and the client just upgrade to office 2007 on their laptop/desktop.
When user accessing to the portal through word 2007 / excel 2007, the folder was empty but in fact, there are able to view through Internet Explorer.

Hello Tony,
Considering the issue is happening only with clients that has office 2007 I feel you are hitting the behavior as described in the article below

The article does mention SharePoint 2003 but would like you to check the section below
