Sharepoint Form Error

Hi

I have to upload a working test form on our SharePoint site. It should submit data through a Web service to update our MYSQL database. When I preview this form locally on my computer using Infopath Designer, it works fine with the database getting updated, but when I publish it to a SharePoint site and open it in my web browser and try to submit it. It gives me an error as below:

An error occurred while trying to connect to a Web service.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

Log ID:5567

Correlation ID:9747b5b6-13a1-4615-89b1-5410d8570429

Having had a look at the log files I found that it was problem like this: If you connect to a Web Service on another server, the Forms Services might not be able to pass your credentials to another server.
Please note, that my sharepoint server and my web service hosted are on different servers, but I cannot just put them on the same server to solve this problem.

What would be a secure way to pass credentials ?

Hi Udit,

When Forms Services make the request to Web Service, it is not able to use your credentials to authenticate with the remote server, so it attempts the connection anonymously.

This should help - http://www.wikiguga.com/topic/c2604e0d3e7d2cdca539d0a2ec7bddde

I would also suggest to check authentication loopback and try using UDCX for connection.
