Sharepoint 2013 People Picker not getting Domain Users

Hi there

We have an external domain in the DMZ that trusts an internal domain (one-way trust).

We are experiencing an issue where if we try to grant domain users (internal domain) permissions to a website in share point 2013.

We get the error below:

"We couldn't find an exact match."

and in the logs we get the following error :

Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated

Thank You

Hi Zunaid,

You may test if it is related to firewall or port issue, please disable the firewall on servers for a test, then enable it again.

Also you may check the people picker property of peoplepicker-searchadforests for your web application is correct per the following stsadm command.

stsadm -o getproperty -pn peoplepicker-searchadforests -url http://url
