Sharepoint 2013 ADFS 2.0 with saml 2.0 Single sign-on

In our environment Single sign-on is implemented with saml 2.0 and ADFS 2.0 currently Java application uses Single sign-on feature.
We have new requirement,
Once user logs into SharePoint 2013 user should automatically authenticate Java application using 
Single sign-on  

Could you please let me know the steps how i can achieve this using Single sign-on

Hi Patil,

If you add both SharePoint and the Java application as a relaying party of the same ADFS, users still need authentication when clicking one from another. Single-Sign On is separate for each application. To achieve your requirement, I suggest you consider to convert the Java application to a SharePoint app. SharePoint allows creating apps in other languages like Java, PHP. Being that apps can consume SharePoint security tokens directly, so users would not need to authenticate again when browse from SharePoint to app.
